Storage and Uses
- After washing and drying them, store them in a cool, dry place until ready to use. Under ambient room temperature storage conditions, pointed gourd has a very short shelf-life of about 3–4 days
- Used in curries and stir fries. It can also be stuffed, made into cubes, sauted and added to soups.
