Storage and Uses
- Keep cauliflower loosely wrapped in plastic in the refrigerator. Fresh from the market heads will last up to 2 weeks.

Note
- Eating a lot of cauliflower may keep your thyroid from absorbing iodine, therefore it is recommend to consume less cauliflower with thyroid issues and with heart patients.
- Stems and leaves of cauliflower are also used in making Gundruk.
